The objectives of Willis Knighton Health Training & Development are to:

Provide healthcare career development opportunities for WKH employees, including pathways for career advancement.
Collaborate with local schools and institutions to prepare competent healthcare professionals and promote WKHS as an employer of choice for future graduates.
Support the growth and development of all employees through mandatory training and continuing education programs.
Engage and inspire the community by introducing healthcare career opportunities to the next generation of caregivers.
House the WK Health Simulation Center, providing high-quality clinical simulation education to support safe, competent, and confident patient care.
