Willis Knighton Health offers several ways to request your medical records, depending on the type of information you need and format.

Patient Portal

You can conveniently access your medical records at any time through the Willis Knighton Patient Portal. This secure platform allows you to view most of your medical records 24/7 from your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Please note that certain medical records may only be available by contacting our hospital’s Release of Information Office. We are committed to ensuring you have easy and secure access to your health information.

Patient Requests

If you have questions about the Medical Records request process, associated fees, or any additional questions, please contact the appropriate Willis Knighton Release of Information office. Willis Knighton Health accepts requests at many of our facilities, by mail, and through online submission.
