Gold Star Service

We are here to deliver healthcare services

in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner.  While you may not be able to evaluate a person’s technical expertise, you do know when an employee has been especially helpful.  We call this Gold Star Service.

Whenever you are in our hospital, you will note that these outstanding employees wear gold stars attached to their badges.

You can help us identify these special employees. When you encounter Gold Star Service, you can recognize that special service by nominating an employee or even an entire department or area of the hospital for a gold star.

How to Nominate

• Nomination forms in display boxes throughout the hospital. Simply complete a form and return it to the box or mail it from your home, postage paid.
• Use the online form below to share your nomination.
