Recommended Web Browsers and Devices for the myWK Patient Portal

Computers / Tablets Specifications

PC/Mac: It is recommended to use a Laptop/PC/Mac device with 8 or more GB of RAM, Windows 10 or higher (or the most recent version of MacOS), and to use the latest version of Google Chrome. For Apple products, please use the latest version of Safari compatible with your device. Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox are also supported.

Tablet Specifications: For the best user experience when accessing the Expanse platform, MEDITECH recommends the latest version of Google Chrome as the users' default browser on all non-iOS devices. The minimum screen resolution for all tablets is 1024 x 768. Also, MEDITECH recommends using the device’s default resolution in Landscape mode as per device.

Windows: Windows 10 Tablets are recommended to have a display size of 9” or higher. It is also important to make sure that your tablet device is using Windows 10 or newer and not Windows RT for older ARM Devices. Google Chrome, updated to the most recent version, is the recommended browser if not using the MHealth App.

Apple: All iPads should be using iPadOS 16 or newer and it is recommended to use the most recent version of Safari if you are not using the MHealth App.

Phone Specifications

iPhones: All models of iPhone are recommended to be on iOS 16 or newer.

Android: All models of phone using Android are recommended to use Android OS 13.0 or newer. Please note that Android 15’s new “Private Space” feature is not supported.
