April Moss, MD, has joined Willis Knighton Ophthalmology Bossier, part of the Willis Knighton Physician Network. She provides comprehensive eye care for patients ages 12 and older and believes strong patient relationships are key to long term eye health.
A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Dr. Moss earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport, where she also completed a residency in ophthalmology. Her interest in medicine began in high school, inspired by a biology class and a fascination with the complexity of the eye.
Among her outside interests are running, gardening and exploring new restaurants in Shreveport-Bossier City. She also enjoys quality time with husband, Matthew, and their dog, Gus.
Dr. Moss accepts new patients and most insurance plans.
