Archana Sonig, MD, has joined Women’s Health Clinic, part of Willis Knighton Physician Network. Her practice includes obstetrics and gynecology with special expertise in adolescent gynecology, reproductive health, high-risk obstetrics and menopause care. She is skilled in minimally invasive surgical procedures that offer faster recovery and improved outcomes.
Dr. Sonig received her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College Manipal in Karnataka, India, followed by a master’s degree in obstetrics and gynecology from Ravindra Nath Tagore Medical College. She trained in gynecologic oncology at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology before relocating to the United States for a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at State University of New York in Buffalo. She has practiced obstetrics and gynecology at Atlantic Health in New Jersey and at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital.
Married and the mother of two daughters, Dr. Sonig enjoys yoga, biking and playing pickleball during her time outside her clinic.
