Inpatient Discharge Criteria

Patients are considered for discharge when they have improved and can be managed at a lower level of care. They may be transitioned to another level of care if they cannot tolerate the intensity of three hours of daily therapy or if they become medically unstable and require acute hospitalization. Depending on their unique abilities and circumstances, it is our goal for each patient to achieve the highest level of function possible so they can return to home, work or school.
