Your path to heart health starts here. Your commitment to our three-phase program can lead to:

Phase 1is delivered by a nurse educator while you are still in the hospital.
Phase 2 is a three-month medically supervised program available at each Willis Knighton Fitness Center. In Phase 2, you’ll receive:
- Personalized exercise assessments and prescriptions
- Outcome based program with goals focused on healthy habits and prevention
- EKG, heart rate and blood pressure monitoringTen educational classes on topics such as nutrition, stress, medications, risk factors and exercise
- Nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian
- Tobacco cessation counseling
- Education to help you prevent heart failure
- Help with weight loss and diabetes control
- Peer support system
You'll thrive with regular sessions three times per week for about three months.
Phase 3 is a two-month transition program that helps you move to unmonitored medical fitness at a Willis Knighton Fitness Center.
