Daniel Perez’s diabetes led to a toe amputation. He later suffered another cut on his foot that led to a staph infection that went all the way to the bone. He was treated at the Willis Knighton Hyperbaric & Wound Care Center and credits the staff with teaching him how to care for himself better.
