Now, it’s like I’m a new person. I’m back to the younger Jackie.
Jackie Llloyd was diagnosed with diabetes in his teens. Eventually his kidney function dwindled to 15 percent, and he was placed on a waiting list for a transplant. He ultimately received a kidney and pancreas at the Willis Knighton John C. McDonald Transplant Center.
