Journey to Parenthood: Labor and Birth
This four-week childbirth education series is designed to prepare expecting parents for labor, birth, and life with a newborn. Each session focuses on a specific topic: Labor and Birth, Interventions and Variations, Comfort Measures, and Postpartum and Newborn Care, providing practical skills, evidence-based information, and partner support strategies. Every class is a stand-alone session and does not need to be taken in any particular order, so you can attend the topics that matter most to you.
Labor and Birth
Discover what happens during labor and birth, from the first signs to delivery. Learn the stages of labor, what to expect in a hospital setting, and how to recognize when it’s time to go. This session builds confidence by explaining the process and answering common questions.
