Doctors gave Lea Neal's father a choice: Get a kidney transplant or go on dialysis. His daughter chose to donate one of her kidneys. The surgery at Willis Knighton John C. McDonald Transplant Center wasn't that complicated, and the team walked her through every step of the process. She calls her surgeon, Dr. Gazi B. Zibari, a great surgeon with a great staff.
